IBC Poly Shroud Compliant Single IBC Storage

Dangerous goods segregation is a space problem before it is a compliance problem. Incompatible DG classes have to be kept apart, and on a constrained site the required separation distances can make it impossible to store the IBCs you actually need on hand. The usual outcomes are both bad: store less than the operation needs, or store non-compliantly and hope.

The Swan IBC Poly Shroud offers a third option. By enclosing each IBC individually in its own compliant poly shroud, segregation is achieved at the container rather than across the yard. IBCs holding liquids of different DG classes can be positioned next to one another, which recovers a large amount of usable area on a site where space is the binding constraint.

It is Australian made, fully compliant for storage of a single IBC, and UV stable so it can be used outdoors without the degradation that would otherwise limit a poly enclosure to covered storage. For sites pushing IBC storage outside to free internal space, that is the enabling feature.

The shroud measures 1760 x 1350 x 1170 mm and weighs 55 kg, with a stated volume of 1150 litres, and comes complete with its frame and fixings. It is built to be easy to assemble and install, which matters when a site is standing up several at once.

It is designed to fit the matching IBC bunded pallet, which supplies the bunded sump underneath. The bund is not included with the shroud the two are separate products and both are needed for a complete compliant installation. Specify them together.
